Friday morning I was lucky enough to photograph a lovely bride-to-be on the lovely grounds of the Dallas Arboretum. Next month, Becca will walk down the aisle and into forever when she marries Mr. Right, and I am so honored to be capturing the Big Day. And if Friday was any indication as to what kind of bride Becca will be, my job will be so very easy. Absolutely radiant (LOOK at those killer blues!) in her unbelievable gown, Becca was effortlessly calm. Even when two year old baby sister Riley decided to jump in to one of the fountains for a quick dip. Miss Robbie was SUCH a help; seriously, she held reflectors, fixed trains and adjusted veils like a pro. And speaking of veils, I would like to give a few accolades to Marsha and her daughters. They made the six foot veil Becca will be wearing next month. By hand. Six feet. Marsha made the veil and did something to the tulle (to make it not ravel, but I'll be darned if I can remember the term), and Becca's sisters lovingly hand-glued all the tiny gems to the veil. Absolutely astounding, and just a perfect example of how amazing this family is. Becca's sister is Cello Girl, and like her sister, Becca was a natural in front of the camera. It was an unbelievable session, with so many favorites. Hard to narrow down a few for the sneak, but here they are. Becca, you were gorgeous, and I am so looking forward to next month! Enjoy your sneak (and thanks to the entourage for all the help!).
